The three major operators' World Cup rates are released: the lowest is 14 yuan per day with unlimited data

The 2018 Russia World Cup, a football feast held every four years, will officially open tomorrow. The three major telecom operators have launched preferential tariff packages for the "World Cup". Whether you are watching the game in Russia or in China, you no longer have to worry about consuming data traffic.

It is reported that China Mobile launched the "European Multi-Country Data Package" for 80 countries and regions in Europe from June 1 to July 31, with a price of 28 yuan per day for unlimited data. Users who place their first order can enjoy a 50% discount, that is, 14 yuan per day for unlimited data. The more days you order, the more discounts you will get.

It should be noted that this offer is only available for the first subscription of each mobile phone number during the event period, and the original price will be restored when ordering the second package.

Last year, China Telecom launched a 7-day data package for Europe, which costs 160 yuan, or about 22.8 yuan per day on average. If users order a single day, it costs 25 yuan for unlimited data.

China Unicom continues to use the previous international roaming rates. Users' data usage in Russia is 5 yuan/M, with a cap of 25 yuan for unlimited data per day.

In comparison, China Mobile's tariff is more favorable than that of China Unicom and China Telecom. Users only need 14 yuan a day to surf the Internet via mobile phone in Russia. As for the voice charges such as making calls, the difference is basically the same. Users can consult the local operator's customer service for specific tariffs.

It should be noted that unlimited data package services are subject to the principle of fair use of local operators' networks. When users use too much data in a short period of time or reach the fair usage amount, the operator will have the right to limit the speed of the customer.

Although China Unicom and China Telecom do not offer as many preferential policies as China Mobile for international roaming in Russia, the two companies have carried out a lot of targeted traffic cooperation with CCTV, Youku and others for domestic users.

It is understood that during the World Cup, China Unicom and China Telecom users who watch the World Cup on Youku APP will enjoy targeted free traffic services. For example, China Unicom launched the Tianshen card, which costs 1 yuan for 800M and 3 yuan for unlimited national traffic. During the World Cup, users can watch the World Cup using the CCTV video client without traffic. China Telecom launched the Youku video card, which costs 9 yuan per month to watch Youku videos without traffic.

In addition, for the majority of fans, the high-speed traffic packages recently launched by the three major operators are also the best choice for watching games.
