WeChat tests voice progress bar function, netizens: finally it's here

The video progress bar was once added by Tencent after being called for by users for a long time. Now it has become an indispensable basic function. Now, the voice progress bar is also here.

According to Tech Planet, the voice progress bar was quietly launched in the beta version of WeChat.

Simply put, after clicking on the voice message, a progress bar will appear. You can drag and position the circular slider by dragging it, and the current timeline will be displayed above the slider.

Some users said that in the future, there is no need to listen to the 60-second long voice message repeatedly, and you can just drag the progress bar to quickly locate it.

At the same time, the WeChat beta version has also optimized the error correction function of voice-to-text. After clicking the text box, a candidate box will pop up above the easily misspelled words or emoticons, making it easy to correct them quickly.

Currently, the latest official version of WeChat on iOS is 7.0.17, and on Android it is 7.0.19.
