Generally speaking, the installation of information sockets can be roughly divided into three types:

1. Wall embedded installation

In some large conference rooms and leadership offices, some information points must be installed away from the wall. This method is mainly used for large-space offices and other places. It is a popular and cost-effective solution. It mainly adopts two construction solutions:

*** For areas where information points are densely distributed, it is recommended to use a ground trough laying scheme during construction (this scheme is mainly suitable for office spaces where the ground is covered with assembleable carpets). This scheme uses most of its components (including ground plugs, ground troughs and wire pipes, etc.) to be concealed in the leveling layer of the floor, so its overall cost may be high and the construction is difficult. However, because it is impossible to predict the specific office location of the staff in advance, it has good flexibility and is not affected by changes in the office location of the employees. Therefore, it is now more and more widely used in some large-spaced offices, halls, factories and other places.

The second method is that for areas where information points are not densely distributed, the pipeline laying can start from the horizontal bridge laid in the ceiling, through the wire pipe (the wire pipe is buried along the wall, column and floor leveling layer) to the installation location of the information socket, and the information socket can be directly installed on the office furniture. In this way, the cost increased by adopting the ground trough solution can be reduced, and the overall investment cost of the system can be reduced. The disadvantage of this method is that it must be closely coordinated with the later decoration plan and has poor flexibility.

Therefore, there are other ways to install the information socket, which are not listed here one by one; the owner can seek better solutions and improve the performance-price ratio of the system based on his or her actual usage and possible office function requirements while ensuring the performance of the system.
