From March 14th to 15th, the "Huawei China Partner Conference 2024" with the theme of "Digital Intelligence Born from Gathering" was grandly held in Shenzhen. At the "Walking with Optics, Win-win Cooperation and F5G All-Optical Park 2.0 New Product Launch Conference", Xue Jujia, General Manager of Huawei China Government and Enterprise Optical and Industry Perception Solution Sales Department, said that as of now, the number of Huawei's optical access partners in China has exceeded 900. In order to further enable F5G to break through the last mile of success in the partner commercial market, Huawei has launched the 2024 "1+3+5" Liaoyuan Action for the commercial market, focusing on the three major optical access solutions of all-optical park, all-optical industrial network, and whole-house optical network. Through five steps of setting standards, strengthening the ecosystem, improving capabilities, expanding voice, and winning profits, it realizes the vision of "letting commercial customers enjoy the new value of all-optical networks and making F5G all-optical networks a new growth point for partners". Xue Jujia, General Manager of Huawei China Government and Enterprise Optical and Industry Perception Solutions Sales Department Focus on creating three major optical access scenario solutions For the commercial market, in 2024, Huawei will focus on building three killer optical access solutions: all-optical campus (FTTO), all-optical industrial network (FTTM), and whole-house optical network. Among them, the all-optical park is aimed at scenarios such as campuses, hospitals, hotels, and enterprises, and has the characteristics of simple architecture, easy evolution, and intelligent operation and maintenance; the all-optical industrial network is mainly aimed at scenarios such as factories, intersections, ports, and mines, and has the characteristics of deterministic low latency, high security and reliability, and flexible and easy expansion, which can meet the needs of customers in different commercial markets respectively; the whole-house optical network is aimed at real estate front-end installation, and uses optical fiber media for home networking, covering every corner of the home with gigabit Wi-Fi, bringing users a new boutique network experience. Five major measures to find new growth points for business partners Based on the previous year, Huawei's Starlight Plan 2024 Prairie Fire Action has been upgraded, continuing to focus on taking measures in five aspects to enable the commercial success of optical access partners and make all-optical networks a new growth point for business partners. Action 1: Lead the industry in setting standards, promote F5G to become a building specification for the engineering community, and work with design institutes to promote the implementation of local standards. Action 2: Expand cooperation and strengthen the ecosystem. Strengthen the investment in local expansion personnel, increase the number of general distributors, and better support local partners in expanding the commercial market; at the same time, continue to improve product baseline capabilities to enable more ISV partners to develop scenario-based industry applications; join partners to enter the "circles" of construction, education, hospitals and other fields to gain insight into industry needs; and strengthen cooperation with industry alliances. Action 3: Empower training and improve capabilities. Based on the Optical Industry Partner Solution Enablement Center, in 2024, we will continue to empower partners, cultivate talents, and help partners improve their skills in all aspects through online and offline integration, door-to-door classes, and training and combat integration. Action 4: Joint marketing to expand the voice. We have launched the "Huawei F5G 100-City Tour" special campaign with partners, with more than 100 events covering more than 200 cities across the country. At the same time, we have increased subsidies for marketing expenses to help core partners promote sales through marketing. Action 5: Increase incentives to win profits. Drive partners to increase sales and attract new partners to expand the base. Partners who meet the standards can receive a maximum of 250,000 yuan in incentives, with a total incentive amount of up to 15 million yuan. Huawei hopes to embrace the new era of F5G with its business partners, open up the last mile for partners' commercial market success, and win a new future for the commercial market together. |
