The day before yesterday, we shared the product information of Gigsgigscloud (hereinafter referred to as GGC) Japan CN2/Softbank line VPS. The test IP domestic access quality is good. The tribe specially made a special package to do a simple test for your reference.

Host Configuration

The test machine is the special package shared in our article, single core + 1GB memory + 10GB hard disk, 30M port bandwidth, the host is installed with the CentOS operating system, and the pure system has no acceleration tools installed.

Basic Information

The host management function provided by GGC is integrated in the member center, and common functions such as power on/off, restart, system reinstallation, resource monitoring, etc. are clearly visible.

IO/Bandwidth Test

The IO and bandwidth tests also use one-click packages, and two one-click packages are used for testing respectively. The difference between the two packages lies mainly in the speed test nodes, one focuses on the global and the other focuses on the domestic.

The bandwidth of the machine is exactly the same as the package. The machine is just a pure system and no acceleration such as BBR is installed.

Ping Test

We tried pinging from multiple nodes in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Asia and found that the latency was all relatively low, showing that the CN2 line has obvious advantages.

In general, there is nothing to say about this machine from its hardware performance to the quality of domestic access network. It would be even better if the price was cheaper. Currently, the merchant's special package is still on sale. The annual payment price is more favorable and it can be upgraded to 1TB of traffic for free. It is a good choice if you plan to use it for a long time.
